Registration Request
Booth
registration request is a two step process. Look over the Exhibit hall layout and decide on your top
three choices of booth locations (available booths are white). Then
proceed with Step 1.
NOTE:
Request a booth location before you make payment. Your booth will
be highlighted gray, as a placeholder; and then blue, once payment is
received. Your
booth will not be reserved until you
complete step 2, below, and payment is received:
STEP 1. Reservation Request: Click on any
white booth (must be a white
space--the colored ones are requested or reserved by the company as
indicated by a rollover pop-up and a hyperlink when clicked) and fill
out the Registration Request.
Submit displays your information for review. If it's perfect,
click the Submit on that page. If not, click on the
Back button, correct your information
and resubmit it. The information is not actually sent until you
click on that second Submit button.
STEP 2. Registration and Payment:
- Hard
Copy, Mail-in Registration: Then open the Booth Application Package.
Save that form to your computer, fill it out, print it and mail as
indicated. A deposit is required to reserve your booth(s).
If you desire to pay by credit card,
give your credit card information to Megan
at ASNE National (703.836.6727).
