FMMS 2010 Exhibitor Information
- Booth Registration Request: Look over the Exhibit hall layout and decide on your top three choices of booth locations. Booths colored gray or blue are not available because they have already been requested or reserved. You can move your cursor over a grey or blue booth and see a pop-up with a hyperlink to the company / organization that has requested or reserved that booth. Booths highlighted in yellow are available premium booths ($2,000 each) and booths with no highlighting are available regular booths ($1,700 each.) After you have picked your booth(s) 1st 2nd and 3rd choices and submitted your registration, the contact person listed on the registration will be notified by email what booth assignments have been made within about two business days.
- Registration: Clicking on any available booth (not gray or blue) takes you to the Registration Request form. Fill out the form on line. If you want more than one booth, separate the booth numbers with slashes (“/”). After the requested data have been entered, clicking the Submit button displays your information for review. If data needs to be changed or added, click on the Back button, correct your information and then Submit again. When your request is as you intended, click the Submit on that page. A copy of your request will also automatically be emailed within a few seconds to the email contact you entered. You will be shown a page verifying that your information was sent. At the bottom of that page click the button labled Print Payment Form. The payment form presented will contain the information you entered. Print it then--even if you do not intend to send it immediately--or you will have to come back to the web site, find the blank form, print it and fill in all the information by hand.
- Payment: A minimum of fifty percent of the total payment must be received within thirty days or your requested booths will be returned to the “Available” status. Full payment is due within sixty days after the initial request. If paying by credit card, Visa or MasterCard only, fill out and sign on the bottom of the completed registration form you printed. Send the completed registration form along with your payment (Check or Credit Card information) to:
