FMMS 2010
Continuing Education Credits

for
Licensed Professional Engineers in Virginia and other states that require documentation of
Professional Development Hours (PDHs) in fulfillment of continuing education requirements.

Application form to be provided as soon as it's available!

If you take advantage of this opportunity offered and want the acknowledgement that credit was earned to be certified and recorded, you will be required to submit a form (available at the FMMS registration desk as well as FMMS website post-event), accompanied by payment of a service fee of $15 for ASNE members ($25 for non-members). You must conform to the following requirements:

1.         You must attend an entire paper’s presentation, from beginning to end. You may mix papers by attending one paper presentation in one session, then continuing with another paper in a different session as long as you attend the full paper presentation in each case. You must attend the full paper presentation to receive credit. Keep track of the time in whole or half hour increments and record the credit earned for the papers you attended on the attached form by the paper you attended.
2.         You must be present and attentive through each paper presentation. If you arrived late, departed early, or were distracted during a particular paper, you must not claim credit for that particular paper presentation. Partial credit for a particular paper presentation is not allowed. You can only get credit from these paper presentations and no other events during the symposium can be substituted.
3.         The completed form must be submitted, with method of payment indicated, at the close of the symposium event, by delivering the form according to the announced instructions or to the registration desk. If a check will be mailed, this fact must be so noted on the form. By submission of this form and payment of the required fee, you are certifying that you attended the paper presentation(s) reported on your form.
4.         After the conference or meeting a Certificate of Attendance will be issued to qualified learners by ASNE Headquarters. Records will be retained and made available for audit or additional copies provided, if needed.
5.         It is up to the learner to report the hours of professional development achieved.
